Jaandlu Super Band was formed in 2002 as an outlet for the musical musings of Jason Roberson, (AKA Ja) with his best friend Lucy (AKA Lu). Hence the name, Jaandlu. (Pronounced Jay and Lou.) Since Lu was a dog, Ja turned to his imagination for the rest of the band.


<p align="left">A founding member of Modesto based bands The Hottletops and A Band Called What, Ja has crafted his songwriting skills over 20 years. After working for Sony Music as an audio engineer, Ja has turned his attentions to studio recording in order to hear his full visions realized.

Since 2002, Jaandlu Super Band has been a regular on X-Site Radio. In 2008 Jaandlu Super Band won the Listeners Choice Award. This led to a The Jaandlu Super Show, hosted by Mr. Andlu.
